Payment:

There are a few options

Invoice:

This option is set up for schools or companies that hold an account with us. Please contact us if you wish to set up an account with us. Your Invoice will be processed once order is dispatched.

Credit Card - Cheque- Postal Order:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, & MasterCard.  Credit Card transaction will not be carried out on your credit card until goods are packed and ready to be dispatched from our stores.

Please contact us directly regarding payment by cheque or postal order.

Delivery Charges:

Carriage is calculated at the cost of approximately €7.00 per 30kg, due to heavier products such as; Clays, Plaster, Reams of paper etc... Free Delivery on most orders over the value of €350 . Carriage for large equipment (e.g. Drawing Desks) will be quoted prior to ordering.

Before your order is dispatched we will contact you with your total amount including carriage.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices on this site include VAT @21% (except for books which are vat exempt)

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Dispatching Goods

All items are subject to availability. Before goods are dispatched, we will contact you in relation to

- any items currently out of stock with an option of a substitute product, dispatch order without that item, or hold order until item arrives in stock.

- Total cost including carriage.

- Delivery date & time that suits you.  Please note as all deliveries are by courier a signature is required.  Therefore it is preferance to use a school/ commerical address for delivery.  All house addresses will need a mobile number included.

Once your order dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email which will state a Fastway parcel number, in case you wish to track your order once it has left our premises. You can do this on www.fastway.ie

For U.K. customers, shipping is a flat rate of €15.00 (provided it weighs under 30kg).

Refunds

If you find a product unsuitable please contact Sligo Graph as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.

If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.  Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or mal-functioning.
