The fourth SG ArtShop exhibition will open on October 12th with a unique group show.

October show at the SG ArtShop.
We are moving into the darker months of the year and appropriately our last show of work by Sligo based artist Sylvia Ripon raised badly needed funds for the charity Aware. At the SG Artshop we were delighted to have the opportunity to donate our sales commission to this worthwhile cause.
Our upcoming event is a group show by students of the Open Door Gallery & Studio. Situated in Branley’s Yard, Rathcormack Craft Village, where artists’ Póilín Mc Gowan and Tanis Gordon Smith both exhibit their paintings, facilitate workshops and tutor classes to adults and children.
The collection of work by Open Door’s students have a varied genre enabling them to pursue their personal artistic talents. They choose themes ranging from fantasy/landscape/seascape/collage and still life using both acrylic and oil paints through a variety of styles. We hope you enjoy their work and any queries regarding pieces on display can be made to the SG ArtShop or to The Open Door.
If you would like to join any future classes, please get in touch. Classes offered are in Drawing/Acrylic/Oil painting in Studio & Online using Zoom.
