Product Description

The Fischertechnik Production Line 24V simulates a complete series of linked industrial manufacturing processes and provides a realistic hands-on environment for PLC programming, automation engineering, and industrial process training.

At the beginning of the process, workpieces are loaded from a magazine onto a rotary indexing table with four stations using a pneumatic slider. The rotary indexing table transports the workpieces step-by-step through two processing stations, including drilling and welding operations.

At the final station of the rotary indexing table, a vacuum suction gripper removes the processed workpieces and places them onto a conveyor belt. The conveyor transports the workpieces to the palletizing station, where three workpieces are collected before being pushed onto a pallet.

The Production Line 24V is supplied as a fully assembled 24V training model mounted on a durable wooden baseboard, making it ideal for classroom demonstrations, vocational training, technical colleges, universities, and industrial automation workshops.
