The Ultimaker allows for quick and easy nozzle changes, so different nozzle sizes can be selected to suit each project. Use a smaller nozzle to print fine lines for more detail, or use a larger nozzle to print thicker lines to decrease print duration. The Olsson block brass Jet nozzles have a special tip angle and shoulder width, they also have a special internal geometry with an angle less steep down to the nozzle hole. A special treatment applied inside also makes them slip more.
Features and Benefits Clean them efficiently with cold pulls Print faster, the plastic flows much easier than in classic nozzles The 0.4mm is the standard size for a lot of 3D printers The geometry of the inside makes it easier to get rid of plastic so changing colours or filament type is done faster and safer Use the 0.25mm brass nozzle to print small detailed prints
Note: This nozzle is compatible with M6 Threads, you can put it on the Ultimaker Original (the fan shroud must be modified) or any of the Ultimaker family that has the Olsson Block mounted.
Ultimaker print core AA 0.40 for 3D printers Standard print core an excellent baseline for general printing Core feature unique auto nozzle-lifting system ensuring reliable, clean, dual extrusion prints Specifically designed for all primary materials such as PLA, ABS, CPE/PETG and Nylon
Ultimaker Print Core CC for the Ultimaker S3 and S5 range. The CC print core is designed for use with more abrasive Ultimaker materials, such as composite filaments from the Ultimaker ecosystem. The CC print core has a wear-resistant, hardened steel nozzle
The Ultimaker Series Air Manager improves the Ultimaker Series 3D printing workflow and efficiency. With a connected Air Manager, the Ultimaker S5 & S6 is enhanced with the following features:
UFP filtering The Air Manager encloses the top of Ultimaker S5 & S6 and ensures an inside-out airflow. The air passes through an E10 filter whereby Ultrafine Particles (UFPs) get trapped.
Optimized material compatibility The Air Manager will automatically adjust its fan speed to optimize print quality per material.
Physical barrier The enclosed top prevents users from reaching into the machine during operation and ensures particles from the environment do not influence the print result.
