    9mm Laser Compatible Medite MDF 600mm x 400mm Sheet

    KI 3235
Our Medite Premier MDF sheets are precision-made and laser-compatible, offering excellent versatility for enclosures, models, and a wide range of projects. Manufactured with advanced wood refining technology and specially formulated resins, these sheets ensure consistent quality, reliable thickness, and reduced tool wear.

Medite Premier MDF retains the natural light tan colour of wood fibre and complies with stringent safety standards, including E1 low formaldehyde levels and CARB Phase 2 (<0.11ppm). While often referred to as “Laser Grade MDF”, there is no official classification — we believe E1-conforming MDF is the safest and most suitable option for laser cutting.

Picture of 4mm Pine Veneered MDF Range

    4mm Pine Veneered MDF Range

    KI PINE MDF-GROUP
This A/B Grade Pine Veneered MDF panels combine the strength and stability of MDF with the attractive finish of natural pine veneer. Available in 600 x 300mm and 400 x 300mm sizes, these sheets are ideal for structural projects where both strength and appearance matter, making them a popular choice for furniture, panelling, enclosures, and decorative laser-cutting projects.

Each panel is veneered on both faces:
  • Front (A Grade Veneer): Consistent surface with minimal colour variation. Small pin knots (only a few mm in diameter) are permitted. This premium-grade veneer is ideal for visible surfaces.
  • Reverse (B Grade Veneer): Displays a natural pine look with grain variation and occasional smooth knots (typically 15–35mm). Suitable for paint, stain, or lacquer finishes.

  • Unlike artificial surfaces such as laminates, pine veneer is cut directly from the log, ensuring each sheet has a unique grain, texture, and colour. This product uses a Crown Cut veneer, giving the sheet a distinctive “crown” grain pattern with added character.
